Tablets
basic information
This product information corresponds to the patient leaflet, prescribed by law in Germany, in all essential parts.
Fields of application:
according to the homeopathic principles of therapy: among that are: nervous states of agitation with sleep disorders.
Note: in case of persistent, unclear or newly occurring complaints, a physician should be consulted since there may be underlying diseases for which a medical examination may be essential.
Composition:
1 tablet contains:
Active ingredients:
Avena sativa Ø 30 mg, Gelsemium trit. D4 30 mg, Ignatia trit. D4 30 mg, Passiflora incarnata Ø 30 mg.
Excipients:
lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
Contra-indications:
Cefaneuro® must not be taken
- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to one of the active ingredients or to one of the excipients
- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- by infants under 1 year
Precautions for use and warnings:
Contains lactose.
Dosage:
unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, the usual dosage is: in case of acute conditions, adults and children from 12 years take 1 tablet every half or whole hour,
up to 6 times a day at the most. In case of chronic courses, 1 tablet is taken once to 3 times daily. Children from 6 - 12 years take not more than 2/3 of the adult dose. Toddlers from 1 - 6 years take not more than half of the adult dose.
Kind and duration of application:
Let the tablet melt in the mouth in order to improve the efficacy. For toddlers the tablet can be crashed or dissolved in water. With improvement of the complaints, the frequency of the intake has to be reduced.
Application for more than one week only after consultation of a homeopathically experienced physician or therapist. Even homeopathic remedies should not be taken over a longer period of time without consulting a physician.
Undesirable effects:
up to now not known when used as prescribed.
Note: existing complaints may temporarily appear to become worse when homeopathic agents are taken (initial aggravation). In this case, the medication should be discontinued and a physician or pharmacist should be consulted.
